Toronto-based Broccolini has developed a new high-rise condominium complex called The Riv Condos. Located in the Regent Park neighborhood, just south of Dundas, at 6 Labatt Ave., on the corner of River St. and Shuter St., is this 34-story pre-construction tower, which has 388 units. The variety of units will include studios and three-bedroom plans.
